Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as your performance on the court.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Ame & Lulu Cool Fit Face Masks (all varieties)
  • Ankle Supports (opened packaging)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused merchandise with original tags in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Miami facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Refund Timing:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item

For fastest service, you may place a new order while your return is processing.

Damaged or Defective Items
